    Class Action Request Against The Phoenix for Failing to Refund Business Clients the Pro-Rated Portion of Premiums Following Overestimation of Gross Profit

    According to the petition, businesses that purchased a Phoenix policy with coverage for consequential loss or gross profit loss did not receive a refund of the proportional premium amount in cases where the actual profit was lower than the estimate at the time of purchase * The Phoenix argues that temporary premiums were not refunded because it was “not possible to perform an adjustment”
