    Slice Provident Fund, Through the Court-Appointed Administrator, Sues the Controlling Shareholder, Executives, and Directors for 950 Million Shekels

    The extensive lawsuit was filed, among others, against former CEO Assaf Goldberg and his father, Shimon Goldberg * The lawsuit states that the former CEO was the one who “opened the front door” of Slice to the creators of the damage, collaborating with them * It is further noted that this was done while establishing ties with questionable insurance agents, some of whom had been convicted in the past of financial criminal offenses * The court-appointed administrator, Efi Sandrov, will soon file an additional lawsuit against the insurance company that issued Slice’s professional liability policy
